2016 Orygun Run

For our inaugural Orygun Run, we chose a route that would push some serious distance boundaries and ensure truly epic scenery. On Friday, July 15th, we left Portland and headed east under the shadow of Mount Hood, past the painted hills and fossil beds, to private property outside the town of John Day, Oregon. Day two saw us traveling out of the high desert and back into the mountains where we found stunning views of Crater Lake and partied amongst the pines. We finished things off with one more breakfast together and a ride through the Cascades back to Portland, with most of us arriving late on Sunday, July 17th. A huge thanks to the Original Gunrunners that made this first ride so amazing.
